İstanbul’un en prestijli semtlerinden Acıbadem’de Yediyol Şirketler Grubu tarafından başlayan Seven Four Life Acıbadem Reziadans projesinin inşaatı hız kesmeden devam ediyor.
139 pafta 1119 ada 272 parsel de bulunan 8000 m²’lik inşaat alanı üzerine inşa ediliyor.
40 ultra lüx daireden oluşan projenin hafriyat ve zemin iyileştirme çalışmaları tamamlanmıştır.
Projede 40 adet farklı m²’lerde ultra lüx konutlar planlanmıştır.
2.272 m² alan üzerine kurulması planlanan projede toplamda 4172m² inşaat alanı tasarlanmıştır.
Projedeki sosyal ve ortak kullanım alanlarının toplamı yaklaşık 4150m²’dir.
2. Etap
İstanbul' un ilk jeotermal kaynak ile ısıtılacak ve sosyal tesislerinde termal sular olacağı projede, 850 metrekare alan üzerine toplamda 4646 metrekare inşaat alanı tasarlanmıştır.
Projede 16 adet farklı metrekarelerde ultra lüx konut ve 2 dükkan planlanmıştır.
Dükkan, projede sosyal alanların sağlıklı ürünlerinin yapıldığı restaurant ve lobisi olarak kullanılacak.
Projede 2412 metrekare büyüklüğünde Termal Spa Spor Merkezi, 300 metrekare bahçe alanı bulunmaktadır.
Seven Four Life Acıbadem Sosyal Alanları
Sosyal alanlar içerisinde fitness salonu, spa merkezi, yüzme havuzu, kullanıcılara ayrı ayrı hizmet eden sauna, buhar odası, hamam bulunmaktadır.
Tahmini Teslim Tarihi
Kaba inşaatına başlanacak olan projenin 2017 yılı sonunda tamamlanması planlanmaktadır. Yediyol Şirketler Grubu kalitesi ve güvencesi ile.
